The new GeForce Game Ready 347.52 WHQL Evolve drivers are now available to download through GeForce Experience, and from GeForce.com. With performance optimizations, new SLI profiles, and other tweaks, our latest Game Ready drivers are a recommended update for all GeForce GTX users.
Evolve is a new 4 vs. 1 action game from the geniuses who created Left 4 Dead. Online or offline, 4 class-based hunters take on 1 hulking monster that wants to smash and bash, and protect its young. There are numerous hunters to suit different play styles, 3 different monsters that are most effective when using stealth, speed or brute force, and 16 maps to test your skills on. Graphically, Evolve is powered by CryEngine, with all the bells and whistles you'd expect, like DirectX 11 tessellation, advanced particle effects, and detail-rich environments. And to power those we've got performance optimizations and a SLI profile in our new Game Ready Driver, giving you the best possible experience from the day of the Evolve's release.
In a future Evolve update, NVIDIA GameWorks technologies will be added to the graphically-advanced action game, further improving graphical fidelity. Stay tuned to GeForce.com for details.
GeForce Game Ready drivers are created to give gamers the best possible gaming experience in a new title the second it launches. Prior to launch, these new titles are extensively tested in our labs to ensure the game will run its best on your hardware. As a result, every Game Ready driver contains performance optimizations, tweaks, and profiles that maximize performance and image quality.
On September 18th, 2014, we released the Game Ready 344.11 WHQL drivers in concert with the GeForce GTX 980 and GeForce GTX 970. Supporting these high-end Maxwell GPUs, as well as four new top titles, the 344.11 WHQL drivers also packed in hundreds of optimizations for the most popular games. This helped the overclockers break benchmarking world records, and gave gamers everywhere performance improvements on previous-generation GPUs in their favorite games. Since then we've released additional Game Ready drivers in step with new triple-A titles, and in each we've continued to improve the performance of your GeForce GPU whenever possible.
Today's GeForce Game Ready Evolve drivers are no different, increasing performance in Assassin's Creed Unity, Battlefield 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition, The Crew, and War Thunder, to name but a few examples. The majority benefit from small tweaks, but combined with every other optimization since that first GTX 900 Series driver, performance frequently sees double-digit percentage improvements. Take a look for yourself below, and click the thumbnails for a range of charts highlighting performance on the GTX 980 and GTX 970 at various resolutions.

The Game Ready 347.25 WHQL Dying Light driver was our last release and launched alongside the new GeForce GTX 960. In the time since we've been able to develop some new optimizations for the powerful, mid-range 1920x1080 graphics card, further improving performance at high to maximum detail levels.

There are many more triple-A games to come in 2015, and we'll be ready and waiting for them with new Game Ready drivers. Included in each will be launch day performance optimizations, the usual tweaks, a variety of profiles, and the latest improvements for the many other games sitting in your Steam library. We're always looking for new ways to optimize, and we're always improving your GPU's performance and capabilities. And don't forget, if you enable NVIDIA Multi-Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing (MFAA) you can boost framerates in MSAA-equipped DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 games by an additional 10-30%.
Upgrade your rig with a second NVIDIA GeForce GTX GPU to activate SLI, the multi-GPU technology of choice for gamers. With intelligent scaling and industry-leading multi-GPU anti-stutter technology, NVIDIA SLI is the smoothest, most effective way of increasing frame rates by up to 2x.
