Events

Vietnam is all abuzz with NVIDIA GeForce and how our products are taking gaming to whole new levels. This is thanks to NVIDIA-driven gaming events held in Can Tho (December 12), Ho Chi Minh City (December 14) and Hanoi (December 21).

The roadshow from the south to the capital of Hanoi in the north was complemented by live streaming via Vietnam’s most popular streaming site talkTV — reaching 4000 plus online stream viewer gamers at the event venues and tens of thousands more across the country.

At the celebration of the launch of world’s most advanced Maxwell GPUs, 800 more participants were thrilled by what the new technology had to offer, including double the performance of the previous generation cards, yet quiet and cool, plus a host of features such as Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) that scales down images to provide gamers with a 4K experience on a 1080p monitor; Voxel Global Illumination (VXGI) that makes scenes more lifelike and believable as light interacts more realistically in the game environment; Multi-Frame Anti-Aliasing (MFAA) that lets gamers enjoy anti-aliased games at ultra high resolutions; and VR Direct that delivers high performance and low latency for immersive, smooth virtual reality.

Participants learnt that they can breathe life into their existing PCs by simply adding the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 to turn it into a super gaming machine. After learning about , a resource center on how to build a DIY gaming PC, gamers teamed up for the Fastest DIY competition to win prizes.
