Q: The player does not play. I see a message " Unsupported Player "?
A: Unfortunately this is a problem from the manufacturer. All you have to do is use a different browser on the device or use a different device altogether.
For example: The stream is not supported by Shield Tablet's default browser. The stream works fine in google chrome on the tablet.
Q: The player does not show up on Internet Explorer. The chat window is blank on Internet Explorer?
A: NVIDIA does not support IE8 or lower versions. The chat will not work on browsers which do not support Flash. IE 9 does not support the chat window even with Flash installed. Please use Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox to experience the live stream.
Q: The video player shows up but keeps flashing / resetting?
A: Please make sure that your browser is set to allow 3rd party cookies and is not blocking them.
Q: My mobile device will not allow me to click different stream windows on the player?
A: Some default browsers on mobile devices that do not support Flash, such as iPhones, will intercept your click and our interactive video player cannot see it. Unfortunately, there is no way around this and you must use a different browser or platform that can support the clickregion functionality of the player.
Q: The video player shows me “Failed to Load the Video”?
A: This might be a network problem. Clear your browser cache and refresh your browser to load the video again.
Q: The chat widget does not work for me?
A: Either you are not using a compatible browser or there is a network problem. Mobile devices that do not support Flash, cannot see the Twitch text chat window in a browser. Please watch the stream from a device that supports Flash to participate in the active text chat.
Q: What do I need to do to join Skype cams?
A: There are 8 Skype buttons on the bottom of the player. If you have Skype installed on your PC or mobile device, you may join the live stream by clicking on any of the buttons. There are only 8 spots available on first come first server basis.
Q: I see a 503 forbidden error on the chat window?
A: This might be a network problem. Clear your browser cache and refresh your browser to load the chat again.
Q: I joined the skype call but I can hear an echo of my voice?
A: Once you are on the skype call , You must mute the video player on the website in order to resolve this.
