Battlefield 3 Tournament Winner Beats Opposing Team By One Kill

Battlefield 3 made a huge showing at GamesCom last week where fans waited for over four hours for a chance to play the game. One ecstatic gamer described DICE’s latest title simply as “the best looking videogame I’ve seen in my life.”

This weekend, at PAX Prime in Seattle, PC gamers were once more able to go hands-on with Battlefield 3, dueling it out in twelve-versus-twelve Team Deathmatch games. The teams proved exceptionally balanced, with the final match of the day coming down to the wire at ninety-nine kills to ninety-eight. The winner took home a spiffy ASUS Transformer tablet and the runner-up snagged an EVGA GeForce GTX 560 graphics card.
