Gamers Experience E3's Biggest PC Titles at the NVIDIA Gaming Expo
Every year just before the Summer officially heats up, scores of journalists and industry professionals head to the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles for a first look at the most anticipated video games, hardware and technology on the horizon. This year, however, we wanted to showcase the latest games and technology to the gamers themselves, who are unable to gain entry to E3.
The solution: establish our own publicly accessible expo.
Located over the road from E3, the NVIDIA Gaming Expo featured PC gaming heavy hitters like Evolve, Dying Light, Gauntlet, The Crew, Warmachine: Tactics, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Landmark, and more, all playable on desktop and notebook PCs powered by the latest GeForce GTX graphics cards, including the GeForce GTX TITAN Z.
Gamers got the opportunity to go hands-on with the aforementioned titles on G-SYNC monitors, our next-generation PC gaming technology that delivers optimal gaming performance by eradicating immersion-breakers like screen tearing and stuttering.
Additionally, the NVIDIA Gaming Expo showcased the NVIDIA SHIELD, 4K gaming displays, 4K Surround for visually stunning titles like Project CARS, and even a bustling stage where players competed in intense 6v6 Titanfall matches for a chance to win some cool prizes.
In short, it was a lot of fun.
