Batman: Arkham City will support stereoscopic 3D through NVIDIA 3D Vision. This means that PC gamers equipped with 3D Vision capable GeForce GPUs, 3D Vision Kits, and 3D monitors will be able to enjoy the highly-anticipated sequel with an unparalleled sense of depth.

Better in 3D
3D: the way it was meant to be played.

For those unfamiliar with the original Batman: Arkham Asylum, the stealth action game garnered a 3D-Vision-ready rating, which essentially meant the game ran perfectly in 3D. Arkham Asylum aims to uphold the same level of quality while allowing players to soar through grander and more varied environments. According to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Arkham City takes place "inside the heavily fortified walls of a sprawling district in the heart of Gotham City" and is five times bigger than its predecessor.

North American gamers will be able to control the caped crusader when Arkham City releases October 18. Australian gamers will have to wait until October 19 while the rest of the world will have to wait until October 21.
