Join NVIDIA and Logitech Together at the DOTA 2 International Championships

Nineteen teams. Twenty million viewers. Over $10 million in prize money. Ten thousand tickets sold out in less than an hour. Big numbers for any sporting event, but this year The International -- Valve’s annual Dota 2 championship -- is looking to outdo itself. Tickets sold out in 5 minutes(!), and the prize pool is up to a record-breaking $17.6 million.

Fun fact: you could buy 27,119 GeForce GTX 980 Tis containing 76,367,104 CUDA cores with that prize pool money. That’s basically enough GPU horsepower to run The Matrix.

The International is a big event with big numbers, and NVIDIA will be there in a big way. We’re bringing more than 100 GTX 980 Ti-equipped PCs and G-SYNC monitors, which you’ll find on stage, in the warm-up area, and in our booth.

Speaking of our booth, we’re partnering with our friends at Logitech G for even more boothstravaganza. Logitech G will have incredible curved G-SYNC monitors running Project Cars and a fan-poster making station. They *might* even bring some eSports athletes around for a meet and greet (but you didn’t hear it from us).

You’ll be watching the pros compete, but what if you get the competitive urge yourself? You’re in luck. We’re bringing onsite DOTA 2 LAN play to The International – and we’ll be giving out prizes every hour for top contenders. Bring your friends, make new friends, bribe strangers; just make the best team you can for the best shot at taking home a prize.

We can’t wait to see you at The International!
